This resort is a gem! Spotlessly clean and perfectly located, it captivates with lush gardens and vibrant coral reefs just steps away. The friendly staff, varied delicious food, and complimentary waterpark access create the ultimate escape. Engaging animation and comfortable rooms guarantee you’ll want to come back!

The place was amazing for families! We enjoyed the large private sandy beach which had a fantastic reef for snorkeling. The food was top-notch, offering excellent variety and quality. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our pet dog also had a great time!

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities in the evening.

My experience was absolutely intolerable. I was bitten by bedbugs, and it ruined my stay, leading to sleepless nights and the need to buy ointment for the infections. The service was subpar with drinks often arriving late, and the daytime activities were disappointingly limited, leaving us with nothing entertaining to do. The kids' animation was weak, and the dull mini-disco felt like a waste of time compared to other hotels nearby. I am outraged that this hotel hasn't dealt with serious health risks and entertainment shortcomings.

We had an amazing stay with super friendly staff who always made our room look like a work of art. The variety of food was superb, especially loved the delicious Mediterranean dishes. Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beach access and the daily trips to the aqua park! The warm family pool was perfect for the kids, giving us a chance to unwind while they splashed around. Just a heads up, the housekeeping could have been a bit quicker with requests, but it didn't ruin our stay! 😊

The gym charges a fee, which feels off for an all-inclusive place!!! Nighttime entertainment needs more consistency. some shows are poorly organized, diminishing the overall experience. Dinner hours should be extended for late diners!!!

the staff were always smiling and super helpful. our family twin garden view room was cozy and clean every day. we loved the kids' pools and the variety of delicious food. plus, the private beach was just a short walk away!

We spent a fantastic week at Jaz Makadi Oasis Resort and loved every moment. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of flowers and greenery. The staff really stood out. they were friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to Mohamed Mostafa at the main restaurant, who made our dining experience feel personal and engaging. The all-inclusive food options were generally good, especially the pizzas at the pool bar and the family restaurant in the evening. However, breakfast could use some improvement. it lacked variety and the service was a bit slow for drinks. The beach was just a short walk from the hotel, and we enjoyed snorkeling in the clear waters. On the downside, the nighttime entertainment was inconsistent. Some shows were great, while others felt thrown together. Also, the gym had a usage fee, which was unexpected for an all-inclusive resort. Overall, a lovely stay with great food and beautiful surroundings but a few areas could use attention.

A great match for a budget stay in Hurghada with a good price-quality ratio. The food was varied and excellent, especially in the A La Carte restaurant. Make sure to check if fresh juices come with an extra charge before ordering.
